Three separate servers (one 13.10, one 12.04.3, one 12.04.4) all auto-
upgraded to mysql-server-5.5.37 from 5.5.35 and subsequently failed
their nightly MySQL backup due to the mysql.help_topic table being
crashed at row 497:
2014-04-25 01:37:03,845 [ERROR] /usr/bin/mysqldump
Failure on my part; everything is fine in the package. Clean install
worked without issues. Marking as invalid.

The issue in Bug #1065511 is occurring again in the Grizzly (2013.1)
packages of Cinder. Setting a "state_path = /var/lib/cinder" in
"/etc/cinder/cinder.conf" allows tgtd to create the files in the correct
directory.
