I met this issue when upgrading Ubuntu from 13.04 to 13.10
Workaround:
1. run this command in terminal and select fix all
# samba-tool dbcheck --fix
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 13.10
Package: samba4 4.0.3+dfsg1-0.1ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu
+1 for support it
Linux is nearly totally safe if all sofware source are authencicated
but in the practical case, users will bypass its check very easily by following
others *recipes*
For example, PPAs are DANGEROUS.
