Off topic -- do you know anything about where cobbler-enlist came from?
Upstream has cobbler-register and it's native python. Enlist is not
upstream.

On installing cobbler for non-MAAS purposes I found out that
dhcp.template is adapted from upstream.
The label in vi /etc/cobbler/pxe/pxedefault.template says "Ubuntu
MAAS", when Cobbler can be installed easily without MAAS.
Basically the MAAS installer should replace this
