I forgot to say that when I removed the broken link (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/221933/comments/6) the
installation succeeded.

Just to not that I reported another bug report about apache2.2-common fail to
install/upgrade here
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/221932) since this bug
is caused by the same package, I think that one of these two bugs should be
marked as duplicated ?

and it's a broken link. No index.html file in apache2-default directory.
