Public bug reported: I installed a fresh Ubuntu 13.10 64 bits in a new Asus I7 A55A. Standard install . All run perfect. I connect a USB-Serial adapter model HL340, it has pl2303 chip but NEVER appear the /dev/ttysUSB0 device. In other machines I found inmediatelly a new /dev/ttyUSB0 and
