Looks like the bootstrap part of the install failed. As you can see from the error messages in #2 it looks like mysql was unable to create files in /tmp - this was blocked by apparmor. Is your /tmp folder a standard directory? Looks like it might be a symbolic link to /media/B1/tmp which would be the cause of the problem. You can either update the apparmor profile or switch /tmp back to be a normal mountpoint if this is the case. Marking 'Invalid'. If /tmp is a standard directory and not a symbolic link please set back to 'New' and tell us a bit more about your install.
