Tagging as affecting upstream as its a tough one to package around. The clients expect that the versioninfo text-file exist in the module's path (eg, /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/novaclient/), however, I'm not sure its okay for the package to be installing that there, hence it ends up in
