Accepted ceph into raring-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceph/0.56.6-0ubuntu1 in
a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

I've done some pre-upload testing of this update using ppa:ceph-
ubuntu/edgers PPA as I was a little uncomfortable with the scope of some
of this update.
The ceph charms exercise the majority of the key parts of this update
including the change in ceph disk and the move to using udev rules to
trig
