Public bug reported: When lxc-create fails (eg. due to bug 1166841), then it leaves /run/lock/subsys/lxc-ubuntu lying around. A subsequent attempt to run lxc-create again causes it to hang while it waits on this lockfile. Workaround: remove the lockfile by hand. Steps to reproduce: 1. sudo LANG=
