The upgrade has aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a). Setting up dovecot-core (1:2.1.7-7ubuntu2) ... You already have ssl certs for dovecot. However you should move them out of /etc/ssl and into /etc/dovecot and update the configuration
