This isn't minicom's problem - most likely kernel (or possibly udev?)

I change the USB MODE in the BIOS of the notebook.
Now it is in LEGACY MODE.

install . All run perfect.
I connect a USB-Serial adapter model HL340, it has pl2303 chip but NEVER
