Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * No-change rebuild to drop Python 3.3 support. * No-change rebuild to drop Python 3.3 support. * Build for Python 3.4. * Rebuild for python3.4 as a supported python version. There are no Ubuntu changes.
