Accepted nova into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova/1:2014.1.3-0ubuntu2 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

This is fixed in the 1:2014.2-0ubuntu1 for Juno (the default release for
Utopic) so I've marked Utopic as fix-released. I'll cherry pick the
upstream patch for Icehouse.
