Public bug reported:

Please sync pam-p11 0.1.5-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Patch aclocal.m4 and configure to support ppc64el.
This is no longer necessary due to updates to the libtool package. You can see
that it builds properly on ppc64el in Debian without this change here:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=pam-p11&suite=unstable

Changelog entries since current xenial version 0.1.5-3ubuntu1:

pam-p11 (0.1.5-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6 (no changes).
  * debian/control: Canonicalize Vcs-* fields.
  * debian/control: Update Homepage field to GitHub home.
  * debian/watch: Update for new GitHub home.
  * debian/control: Run wrap-and-sort.
