It looks like nmbd is failing to start due to a network configuration problem:
   Status: "nmbd: No local IPv4 non-loopback interfaces available, waiting for 
interface ..."


Also, there are hints pointing at a local configuration issue, but the log is 
truncated and I can't see what it is:

Could you please attach your log files from /var/log/samba/log* as well
as the samba main configuration file /etc/samba/smb.conf?
