This is not actually a bug. The correct solution is to have the cache
where a fresh Postfix install would put it:
data_directory = /var/lib/postfix
smtp_tls_session_cache_database = btree:${data_directory}/smtp_scache
smtpd_tls_session_cache_database = btree:${data_directory}/smtpd_scache

That would be main.cf not main,cf.
