Binary package hint: samba

I right clicked on a folder to create a shared directory and the system 
reported that it needed some packages (for example samba packages). After its 
installation my user was inserted in the group smbusers but, obviously, X 
didn't start with this group credential. So the share didn't run. After 
restarting X all ran ok. 
I think, after installing samba packages, Ubuntu should mark a restart action.
