Resolving properly (note: Fix Committed and Fix Released correspond to a
developer actually doing something to fix it, rather than this case
where it seems to have been due to filesystem corruption) per the
reporter's comments. Thanks for following up.

This issue has been resolved. Here are the commands I ran to get it
resolved.
