A couple options here are:
- symlinks
ubuntu-uec-amd64-kernel -> ubuntu-uec-karmic-amd64-vmlinuz-2.6.31-11-server
ubuntu-uec-i386-ramdisk ->
ubuntu-uec-karmic-i386-initrd.img-2.6.31-11-generic-pae
- LATEST (or otherwise named) file containing:
ubuntu-uec-amd64-kernel ubuntu-uec-karmic-amd64
