Binary package hint: rabbitmq-server

Doesn't start out-of-the-box.

How to reproduce:

$  sudo /etc/init.d/rabbitmq-server start
Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log, _err
rabbitmq-server.

I don't have a config file in /etc/rabbitmq/ or /etc/default.
