Public bug reported:
There isn't a button in the store tab to delete images installed via the
image store. One workaround is to:
1. Delete images in eucalytpus with euca-deregister
2. Delete image-store-proxy database:
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/image-store-proxy/database
3. Restart image-store-proxy
sudo /etc/init.d/image-store-proxy restart
WARNING: this will remove *all* the images installed via the image
store.
** Affects: image-store-proxy (Ubuntu)
