UEC installer / 20100105 ISO (eucalyptus 1.6.2~bzr1120-0ubuntu2)
Topology: CLC+Walrus / CC+SC
SC fails to start and register.
Current sequence of events is:
1/ SC starts
2/ SC poststart waits for service startup
3/ SC publishes itself
4/ CLC picks up publication
5/ CLC registers SC
The issue is, service will not fully startup (2) until credentials are present,
which on this topology only occurs after registration (5).
The eucalyptus-sc-publication job starts on "started eucalyptus-sc", while it
should start on "started sshd" according to spec. When this is fixed, 1-2 runs
in parallel with 3-4-5.
