Having just upgraded to Karmic from Jaunty Server the only package I see

BGPD.

The daemon appears to start and access is available via vtysh however I
haven't been able to test if it serves routes correctly yet as it's a
production environment.

I was hoping to upgrade other Jaunty Servers to Karmic but have held
back in case this error prevents reliable service. Can anyone please
shed any light as if it's something to be concerned about ?

Many thanks.
