Binary package hint: backuppc

The script "/usr/share/backuppc/bin/BackupPC_fixupBackupSummary"
contains a "use Time::ParseDate;", but backuppc package does not declare
a dependency to libtime-modules-perl, which contains Time::ParseDate. If
one calls this script it fails with
