It is resolves issue, which was connected to seabios, not to libvirt.
We have Libvirt 0.9.6 back ported to Oneiric and my build of Libvirt 0.9.6 on
Oneiric ,

Thanks for reporting this bug.
I couldn't quite follow from the description if this is an issue with
the archive libvirt, or an issue with libvirt if used purely from a PPA.
A no-change rebuild probably doesn't meet the SRU criteria to support a
PPA package.
