Hi, team.

I uploaded the raw HTML version of the Ubuntu Studio Audio Handbook here:
Re: [ubuntu-studio-devel] Ubuntu Studio For Musicians here:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1S5reUE9H0STDpo2zkHczsNseNBLinHul

The files are named with chapter number followed by chapter title. Also
included:

   - Appendix
   - Table of Contents, linked to chapters
   - images directory
   - css file for callouts
   - header file - not currently implemented

I made many edits, making this version significantly improved over the
PDF.
Can someone now post this somewhere on the documentation site for testing
and review? It needs to be checked for:

Accuracy - are the instructions correct? Any other factual errors? Typos?
Clarity - are the instructions easy to follow?
Depth - is any section in need of further elaboration?
Should anything be dropped?
Style - I removed some personal pronouns, but there's still a lot of first
person statements, opinion, etc. Any other style changes needed?
Thoughts on mention of commercial products?

I have a short list of things I'd like to add or expand. Probably best to
hold off working on it until it can be posted where anyone can edit it. If
you have already gone through the PDF, you'll see this version is better.

I would like to know:

Does documentation go through review?
Who are the gatekeepers?
Can this be added to the existing, linked documentation outline?
If not, where should it be posted?
If there is other documentation, I have not been able to find it (other
than the Ardour manual and the few pages on the home page). Could you send
a link?
These are raw HTML files. Is there an existing CSS stylesheet?
If not, can someone help format it?
I made the header a separate document so it could be included - what's the
best way to implement that?

Looking forward to your feedback.

Pete
