answer. I think we should rip the other contests guide-lines off.

great idea, I can contribute with UbuntuStudio 16.04 LTS with this form.
I am an artist, I can contribute with ideas and also handle inkscape. It
would be like having a place where those involved can work together and
quickly becoming Wallpapers.
I question if this is possible do on github?
