Beta 1 will not be representative of the final release of Ubuntu Studio,
however, the most important part this time was application testing.
Even after release of Beta 1, please do help with application testing,
and report any bugs you may find, because that will help us be able to
fix those
Found a couple of bugs concerning our desktop:
- no CoF in the whisker menu button (even after -default-settings was
updated)
- additional ubuntu vanilla indicators in the top panel
Please do some testing now to find any more bugs, and also do some
application testing.
To follow discussions
I requested a rebuild of the ISO, after recently added packages. There
will probably be more rebuilds before the Beta 1 will be released. Our
testing at this point is mostly about finding problems.
Tomorrow it'll become clear which version of the ISO will be the one
released, and we test that to
