Hi,
Today i got a software update for mysql-client. To my (quite

folder /etc/mysql/ where i find a my.cnf file stating there should be a
user named mysql (id: mysql: No such user).
This update was not necessary on my VPS mach
Forgive me if I'm off-side by interacting on this. No bad feeling involved.
I am far from Ralf's level, but I think i understand him in this case. I

1. It is not just linux-lowlatency that recommends grub-pc, linux-generic
recommends that too.
2. I am more perplexed about how come you don't have a bootloader and
doesn't want to install grub. How can you boot into your OS if you don't

Hi,
On Ubuntu Studio Quantal and Ubuntu Studio Precise, both amd64,
hdspmixer does show incoming audio signls for my HDSPe AIO from ADAT 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, but if I connect to the jack capture ports only
ADAT 1 and 2 do work.
