I have a Sony VIAO VGN-N38E I have not been able to install Ubuntu_Studio from alt cd.
My Release is reported by sysinfo as 5.0 2.6.28-16-generic (#55-Ubuntu SMP Tue Oct 20 19:48:24 UTC 2009) GCC Version 4.3.3 (i486-linux-gnu) Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2130 @ 1.86GHz 800.000 MHz I also have Linux Kernel Linux-rt 2.6.28.31 I need desperately to run Rosegarden but the system freezes on startup when I boot the rt. If anyone has any help to offer it woud be greatly appreciated.
