That question is to general.... What are you trying to upgrade, AMD or
intel, ddr2, ddr3 or ddr4 are you going to change the processor?

If you put the name and model of the board or boards your looking at in
google and search you will probably find your answer.

I fix computers and I work in a store. You can contact me directly so as
