I have found the problem and I fix it. Packages with problems are
language-pack-gnome-es_11.10+20120306 and
language-pack-gnome-es-base_11.10+20120103.
I have found this problem on other applications, not only on Nautilus.
I attach my patches for both packages. I tested this changes and it seems

language-pack-gnome-es 1:11.10+20120306 from proposed repository. But Nautilus
still shows MiB units for es_ES and es_AR locales, while it shows MB units for
en_US.

Maybe the same problem, but it looks like text has a fixed width in unity and
unity-2d too: anything wider than the English text will be truncated, which is
quite ugly:
