To echo Prokhor, this isn't the Ubuntu Font Family, but it appears to be another font, that is in addition being rendering with very bad vertical hinting results. (Hinting tried to ensure that all characters have the same x-heigh and Cap-height, regardless, something that isn't the case here). --
