I can confirm the same problem. If libreoffice-help-en-us is installed
localized help is not displayed.

Do you have Spanish language packs installed? datetime-plugin doesn't
translate anything for time/dates, it only displays what's returned by
strftime(), and the calendar comes directly from gtk+2.0.
