well, i'm on rc-proposed, not on stable ... so i thought the fix would have
landed in there ...
(sadly that bug is only showing once a month for a few days so i'm cautious if
it got set to fix committed and it still shows on my phone, sorry for the noise)

@ogra, arale channel has been reverted to OTA-9 for Turbo's image
preparation. Once it's out we'll start building new OTA-10 tarball
immediately.
