I have the same issue on current (16.04 amd64) installer on latest stable VirtualBox (5.0.20) on Windows 10 64 Bit (current stable Win10). Enabling EFI (EFI, Special on OSs only in Machine settings) Virtual Box and setting up a 8 GB Dynamically Allocated disk triggered the issue. Please note that

Our build system only generates the partial templates without a header, as they are merged into a apt-all template which is translated together (some domains share strings). We can fix this at some point by either (1) creating headers for them (2) merging everything into an apt template -- You r
