we rebuild the package to pick up the new translations and publish it.

Here is the 1.4 click to pick up these translations for ota 13.
Note: I cannot currently add this to clicks branch since it is frozen.

Attempting to import a saved VPN connection file results in a segault. This is
regression in Ubuntu 14.04 that worked correctly in previous versions.
[Test Case]
1- install network-manager-openvpn and network-manager-openvpn-gnome
I am closing this bug because the original issue was fixed.
