Charlie: Hendrik wanted it to be optional: if there is internet connection, you
can have localized screenshots, if there isn't, then you get only the English
ones.
I have no idea if this is implementable, but for localized CD images it should
be doable.

Since an internet connection can not be required for installation, this
is not dependable. If an individual does not have internet, how do we
include translated screenshots (images) for all languages?

Since an internet connection is recommended for installation, couldn't
translated screenshot be fetched from some server? You just include the
English screenshots on the CD and let ubiquity fetch translated
screenshots if an internet connection is available and a language other
than English is chos
