The problem is in langpack-o-matic.
Ubuntu-sso-client now build-depends on python-qt4[1] and because of this
langpack-o-matic puts it into the KDE langpacks. We need to add an exception,
so that this template can go into the -base langpacks. This will ensure that
once the Qt frontend gets prope
Also, another dialog has the same problem as the previous one.
Attached is a screenshot of the problem, the dialog is the one when you create
a new SSO account.

I saw this a few days ago too. I also see this:
