Devs are not noted for their people-skills and wining personalities. It's not
in their job-description or their skill set. Occasionally you do find
exceptions, people that are great at both but often it's their gaffs that make
them interesting to be around. They are the equivalent of

is required to come up with a clear plan to automate them once and for all

FYI, the LangPack session will be delayed to tomorrow or later today due to
a time conflict for the Language Pack dev. If we can't find a proper time,
we'll do a meeting outside UDS.
So a double incentive to prepare and attend the session about Growing the
Translation Community :-)
