This is a reminder to let all translators know that yesterday, September
19th, was the UserinterfaceFreeze and DocumentationStringfreeze. This
means that everyone can now start translating GUI for Saucy Salamander.

Yeah it looks like the focus was set to raring this has been changed so
translations can now commence in all languages :)
