The best way to get this resolved is to open a bug:

This is where the developers will become aware of the problem and try to
work out a solution.

It's not clear what's in the placeholder or if "F
Hmmm there's a regional issue with the calendar app, there's a mismatch in
days (In Israel the working days are Sunday to Saturday for example) so
that changes the necessity of the strings.
