A friendly reminder of the coming translation update for Xenial.

For translations to be taken into account in the coming update, the
deadlines are:

* for ubuntu-docs:
  Thursday June 16th

* for (most) other packages whose translations are handled via language
  packs:
  Thursday June 23rd
