Latest language-pack-gnome-es-base update for Karmic has (at least) two
missing .mo translations files:
- /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/PolicyKit-gnome.mo
- /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-app-install.mo
Due to this issue, Authorizations and Add/Remove Applications

That's expected those software have replaced by others in karmic and
update-manager is cleaning those on upgrade
