Mail merge is definitely the answer. it shouldn't be too complicated to sort
out - I've taught 13 year old school pupils to do it. Word has a wizard to
help with most of it (Tools: Letters and Mailings: Mail Merge). You could,
of course, also do it in OpenOffice ...
