Ditto N95. File transfer works fine, haven't bothered syncing contacts.

Using the phone as a tethered modem works perfectly over USB (I have
this working with my 6120c). Transfer back and forth is easy as the
phone does indeed appear as a USB storage device, just make sure you
select USB mode when you connect it rather than PC suite mode (which
is needed for teth
