Thanks for the replies. He he, I'm really looking for a 'quick and dirty' solution, but I should have expected the responses I got. SIP isn't our main phone option - we just use it on those occasions when Virgin Media charge us for calls. I'm happy to use the soft phone, but my wife would prefer
