HI Alan and all of the UK Ubuntu community,

This is a quick email to introduce you to Bill Cosgrave of QA-IQ. Check out -
http://blog.canonical.com/ (which you should bookmark, if you haven't
already...)
Canonical and QA-IQ have recently signed a training partner agreement whereby
QA-IQ will provide Ubuntu Certified Professional training courses across the UK.
As an introductory offer, QA-IQ is offering the Ubuntu loco team members a 10%
discount to train as an Ubuntu Certified Professional. You can find out more
about this certification at: http://www.ubuntu.com/training
<http://www.ubuntu.com/partners/training>.
The first training course will be held in September. It would be great if you
could:
 a. Pass the word.
 b. Liaise with Bill regarding the promotion of Ubuntu and Ubuntu training
specifically in the UK. For example, loco teams in Poland and France have held
joint events with training partners.....

All the best,
