for ssh to port 443, sudo apt-get install rtorrent onto your home pc.
Connect to home from work using ssh and user rtorrent ;-)

Hmm, have a look at TorrentFlux then. You'll need a
Apache and PHP installed, can't remember what else you'll need.

At home install ssh on ubuntu, sudo nano /etc/sshd_config to run it on
a port other than 22 (like 443), and restart it by running
