Hi, Is this a BT Home Hub router/phone combo you're talking about? If so look on the back of the hub, there should be two sets of information: a BT Home Hub SSID/wep key, which will be for your wireless internet and a BT Fusion id and passkey which I guess is for the phone - we only have the route
